Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
1. Please turn off all cell phones before the performance.
2. No food and drink are allowed in the Theatre.
3. Recordings made during the performance are prohibited, as they are a violation of our contract with the publisher of this play. There will be photo opportunities with cast and crew after the performance.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (GPMS Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
